I am willing to seller-finance the property with as little as 10% down payment (no credit required) with a rate of 5%.  Other options are:

20% down payment with 4% interest.

30% down payment with 3% interest.

50% down payment with 0 interest.

For an all cash purchase, I can reduce the price further.
